RETURN POLICY
Custom clothing doesn’t always mean you’re guaranteed a perfect fit on the first try. Sometimes, it takes actually making a garment and wearing it to see how it really fits. Once you get all the tiny details perfected, you’re set up for a perfect fit. Luckily for you, we’re committed to helping you find the perfect fit. If you don’t like the fit of your custom clothing, we’ll provide you with one complimentary remake or alteration subject to the below conditions.
- Any request for an alteration or remake must be initiated within 90 days from date of delivery.
- You are entitled to one complimentary remake or alteration per item purchased.
- Receiving a complimentary remake on any piece of clothing does not disqualify you from a full refund. You’ll just need to return the garment to us to receive a refund.
- Exchanges and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
- All size and fit related alterations will first be examined by our experts to evaluate if the garment can be altered to your desired measurements. If not, it will qualify for a remake.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- All products must be returned within 90 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Products that show signs of repeated use will not be accepted as returns. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in order to be returned for a refund.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds is 3-7 business days from the date of our receiving the returned product.
- The product is returned to us in its original condition and original packaging.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST
- To request a remake or alteration, please email us at Support. Please mention the order number, the item that you would like to return and any other details that could help us to process the return..
- Someone from our team will contact you to understand your issue.Â
- Once your request has been confirmed, please pack the garment in its original packaging and we will have someone pick the order up from your location.
